MINI PLEAT HEPA

Mini Pleat HEPA Filters are used in situations requiring high or very high level of purity. They are primarily designed as intake filters for low turbulence displacement flow clean room ceilings and clean workbenches. Typical applications can be found in :

HEPA FILTER FOR DOMESTIC AIR PURIFIER

ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT

Our germicidal ultraviolet light products designed to help reduce energy usage and system maintenance, and increase equipment service life. The products apply to systems such as heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. UV light with photo catalyst and carbon products fight mold, bacteria, viruses and odors in commercial and residential ventilating systems. Our product is ideal for hospitals and other applications where airborne germicidal disinfection is a priority. It is installed in HVAC ducts to maximize exposure time with the air. Because exposure to surface materials is limited this system uses our high-output 11w UV lamps for maximum airborne kill. More lamps can be added as needed depending on duct size and length.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER

Activated Carbon Filter provides an effective solution for the removal of noxious odors, gases VOC, and many other airborne contaminants which can cause potential health risks associated with poor indoor air quality.

We pleat the carbon media for more surface area making the filter more effective for removal of contaminants.

Carbon filters can be used in combination with fiberglass, polyester, or pleated filters to create multiple stages of filtration.

PHOTO CATALYST MESH

Under the effect of ultraviolet light, TIO2; the highly-oxidizing superoxide anion radicals, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide hydroxyl radicals can oxidize and decompose harmful organic pollutants such as formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, dimethyl benzene, ammonia and TVOC, odors and bacteria into harmless CO2 and H2O. Nano-TiO2 photo catalyst is an environmentally friendly with strong sterilizing, pollutant-removing and self-cleaning effects and good affinity for water, free from secondary pollution.
